From the time I have submitted a question/inquiry, Winston was quick to respond and was able to answer all my questions prior to registration, during the online video and exams(Winston graded it ASAP), and was able to accommodate my live fire session with my preferred schedule, just a day after passing the video exams. I am very satisfied with this experience, will definitely come back in the future, and recommend to friends and family who are interested. Brandon(the proctor for my live fire re-qualification) was great as well, no playing around, he gives the instruction and pointers on what he expects, and lets you setup, and proceed at your own pace and it is exactly what I am looking for as far as renewal course, online and live fire/range day package which is ideal for me, straight forward where you can learn and improve at your own pace with no pressure at all. As soon as I arrived home from the live fire session, my training certificate was already available to me via email. Thank you OC Online Gun Cert for making my required renewal course a breeze.
